Lot. 403 Coveralls - Ivory Paint

This item is a faithful reproduction of the coverall worn by Taiga Takahashi during his studio work as an artist. T.T carefully recreated the paint splatters and dirt that naturally accumulated as he worked on his drawings and other projects. The design is based on an unbranded American jumpsuit from the 1910s, discovered in a coal mine. Made from comfortably thick and textured katuragi (twill) fabric, the use of straight yarn ensures a clean, defined twill pattern.
