If you've placed an order and need it cancelled, please email us at secrethandshake@shopcanoeclub.com. In the event the package has already been picked up, we will determine next steps then. We will not change the shipping address once an order has been placed.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic returns include a $9 handling fee.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Please note that Canoe Club does not refund or shoulder the cost of duties/fees upon entry into your country. We will not refund packages that were refused during the delivery process.
