Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, please email us at support@shopcanoeclub.com with any measurement or fit questions. All sizing shoe is US Men's unless noted otherwise.

Can I cancel my order?

If you've placed an order and need it cancelled, please email us at support@shopcanoeclub.com. In the event the package has already been picked up, we will determine next steps then. We will not change the shipping address once an order has been placed.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic returns include a $10 handling fee.

Do you allow price matching?

We offer price matching within 48 hours of purchase with a valid receipt from an authorized retailer. The item must be identical and currently in stock at the referenced retailer at the time of review. All price match requests are subject to verification and approval. Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Our refund policy is designed to receive all returns back to the shop as soon as possible. This ensures that everyone has the opportunity to shop the newest and best selection possible.

Returns & Exchange Policy

I just placed an order, can I modify or edit it?

We do allow for order modifications where applicable. Please reach out to us via email at support@shopcanoeclub.com with the email the order was placed with along with the corresponding order number.

How do I know when my order will be shipped out?

All orders placed before 2pm Monday through Friday will ship within one business day, excluding holidays and store closures. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been fulfilled.

UPS does not pick up shipments on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will ship the following Monday. This applies to all shipping methods, including expedited and one day services. Orders placed after the Friday 2pm cutoff will not meet standard expedited delivery timelines due to the weekend pickup schedule.

How do I submit a return request?

To submit a return request, please follow the instructions via this link. Requiring your order number and delivery zip code.

How long do returns take to process?

Returns take approximately 3-5 days to process upon reciept. Once the return is processed, refunds or store credit is issued immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit card payment methods. (including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept express checkout via Shoppay, Paypal, Amazon Pay and Google Pay.

How do you determine sales tax?

Sales tax is determined by a combination of state, country city/district tax rates, There rates are based on the shipment origin address or the ship-to address, informed by tax laws of varying states and countries. Our checkout system calculates these amounts at checkout. 

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Please note that Canoe Club does not refund or shoulder the cost of duties/fees upon entry into your country. We will not refund packages that were refused during the delivery process.

When you place an international order, please note that in addition to the cost of your items and our shipping fee, you are also responsible for any international tariff fees imposed by your destination country. These fees vary, and we are unable to predict the exact amount. If you choose not to pay the required tariffs upon delivery, the package may be returned to us or deemed abandoned. In such cases, you will forfeit both your order and all associated costs, including the price of the items and shipping fees.

If you refuse your package due to an inability to retrieve it from a UPS Access Point or after multiple contact attempts by UPS as per their protocol, and it is subsequently returned to the sender (Canoe Club), we are under no obligation to issue a refund, and you will forfeit the items.
