Some projects never really disappear. They just wait for the right moment to come back around.

This collaboration with orSlow dates back to the early days of Canoe Club. Over time, it’s grown into one of those quiet cult favorites; something people remember years later and continue to ask about long after it’s gone.

The idea has always been simple: look to vintage French workwear, particularly the uniforms worn by railway workers and engineers in the 1800s, and reinterpret them through orSlow’s thoughtful approach to craft. The result is a small, considered kit built around two enduring pieces: the Coverall and the Fatigue Pant, made from our staff’s favorite fabric, herringbone twill.

Alongside the return of French Blue, we’re introducing a new Canoe Club exclusive: Walnut Brown. Both colors are garment dyed on a classic herringbone twill fabric, then hand-washed and lightly distressed for a naturally broken-in feel. With wear, the fabric softens further and the color fades gently, developing the kind of character only time can create.

The coverall and fatigue pants are designed to work as a set or on their own. Easy, functional pieces rooted in workwear but made for everyday life.
