These Alps boots were designed with reference to mountain boots, moccasin boots, and Tyrolean boots that were created in the UK, US, and France in the 1970s. The upper is made of horse leather with a saddlery oil wax finish from Wickett & Craig, and Horween Chromexcel leather is used in areas where stress is applied. The collar is made of thick, soft Hokkaido deer leather.
