‘Tanker’ jackets were used by the US Military in WW2 and were originally designed to combat winter weather conditions across all Army divisions, but were more commonly issued to armoured troops - hence the nickname. The ‘tanker’ has provided inspiration for our Tank Jacket this season, a quilt-lined, cold-weather-ready piece with a thick ribbed collar and cuffs. Other features include two front pockets with Lybro engraved snap buttons, pen pockets on the arms and herringbone tape side adjusters. Tan colorway.
