An exact reproduction of the 1954 501. A slightly tapered fit, higher rise, room in the top lock, and zipper fly. This decade of the 501 was the first time denim was introduced to the East Coast. This pair is in rigid, shrink-to-fit denim.
Slim fit with room in top lock and taper from the knee down. If not washing for an extended period of time, you can go with your usual size and rinse after extended wear. If looking to wash in the machine immediately, it is best to size 2 sizes up from your usual waist size. There is also the option to do the shrink-to-fit method, where you would buy one size up from your usual and sit in a tub with warm water and allowing them to dry on your body for the perfect shrink to fit size.
