To receive a refund/exchange, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:
● Return package is postmarked within 7 days from the date you received your order
● Original tags attached, in original packaging and ccompanied with a copy of the receipt
● Free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new
● Shoes must have unworn soles (so please test-drive them on carpeting) and must include the original shoebox
● We do not accept returns of items on final markdown (discounted 50% or more). Those items are FINAL SALE
● We do not accept returns or exchanges on magazines, books, apothecary, or undergarments
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
If you use your preferred carrier at your own cost, Canoe Club does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Canoe Club. Risk of loss and title for goods purchased from Canoe Club pass to you upon delivery of goods to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with your carrier for any lost or damaged shipments. Merchandise purchased online can also be returned to our store.

The same return policy applies. You may mail your return to the address above or bring it back into the store.
At this time, returns from outside the US must be shipped back to us using your own preferred carrier and at your own cost. You may wish to insure your package since loss and damage are your responsibility until it is delivered. Note that we cannot refund the duties and taxes you've paid to clear customs.
Please allow up to a week for your return to be processed once it’s received at our warehouse.
Returns postmarked within 7 days of initial delivery will be credited to the original form of payment. After 7 days but prior to 14 days we will issue you a store credit that can be used online or at the store in Boulder. Original shipping charges and any duties and taxes you paid for your parcel are non-refundable.
Your package will contain a Returns Slip which can be filled out to notify us what you would like to exchange for. Exchanges are limited to inventory availability, so we recommend that if you want certainty, place a new order right away and we will refund your return when it arrives.
