Century Denim Westerner LONG - NO. 7-S
Denim colored with sumi dye and then sashiko stitched with indigo thread to create the unique color on this jacket. The fade will be unique from usual indigo, in that it is subtle and forms an interesting diamond pattern over time. A slim fitting jacket that looks good with just about anything, so if you are after an interesting alternative to your denim jacket, this is it.
The sashiko stitch was originally a way to reinforce garments in Japan during the Edo period, and the western rivets and cotton denim heritage continues to be the pride of American fashion. This jacket, like so many other Kapital pieces, is thoughtful and compelling.
Slim fit, best to size up one from your usual size.
